2. Strength area training with traditional fitness machines

4. Free weight area equipped dumpbells of a wide range of weights, kettlebell weights, and conventional double game, multipowers, benches, leg racks, etc..

5. Functional workout area with a cage frame, ropes, bags, elastics, suspended training kits, etc.

6. Stretching area with espaliers, and abdominal area.

Training Program:

There are programs based on different levels andgoals for free consulting, We also have a software that will design routines according to your established goals (weight loss, hypertrophy, Improve overall fitness, etc..). This service is included in your fee. Within each target objective group, you will find different levels of difficulty.
